This unique class is designed for students who are interested in learning a variety of styles and getting a great workout without committing to multiple classes. Classes begin with either a ballet barre or a traditional jazz warm-up followed by a stretch and strength incorporating pilates and yoga. Classes will cover the technical styles of jazz, contemporary, lyrical, and ballet in centre floor. This exciting class will conclude by learning different choreography combinations each month.
